Early Years Teacher - Location: Stafford - Start Date: 20/04/2026

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated and adaptable Early Years Teacher to join our excellent range of partner schools across Stafford and Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Years Teachers who want to get stuck-in supporting a range of different schools on a temporary basis, working for a reputable supply agency.

Your duties will include delivering engaging lessons to a high standard in line with the EYFS Framework, you should foster a nurturing and inclusive environment; supporting children's early development through a mix of structured learning and play-based activities. You'll also be expected to adapt quickly to different school settings, building strong, trusting relationships with both staff and pupils. At all times, you will be expected to maintain high standards of teaching and be confident in behaviour management.

The Role includes:

• Teaching responsibilities for the Early Years.
• Delivering & assessing engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Framework. Planning responsibilities
• The ability to quickly create a positive and welcoming learning environment for all learners.
• Working well alongside colleagues, support staff and leadership.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Early Years Teacher, who's committed to supporting pupils during the very early stages of their primary school journeys.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom management skills; the candidate will be confident in managing behaviour quickly and effectively, establishing clear routines, fostering a calm and purposeful classroom atmosphere.
• Somebody who is confident to jump straight in; able to build strong, trusting relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
• The ability to plan enriching lessons in line with schools planning policies and Early Years Framework. Planning responsibilities only be for longer term roles.
• You will be working on a temporary basis, supporting a range of our partner schools teaching the Early Years classes. There may be opportunities for longer term roles.
• Somebody who holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.

Pay: £130 - £169 a day (dependent on experience) holiday pay is included in the day rate. The pay will be negotiated dependent upon how much responsibility you are expected to take on - e.g., there may be scope to increase the pay rate.
