Head of Quality

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: Flexible with travel to centres as required
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

S Knights Recruitment is working with a specialist assessment organisation looking to appoint a dedicated Head of Quality. This role is central to maintaining and elevating quality standards in a fast-growing, regulated environment.

You'll be working across internal quality processes, new assessment frameworks, and ensuring compliance with awarding organisation and apprenticeship regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and monitor the internal quality assurance strategy.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and external quality standards.

* Lead the development of new quality processes aligned with assessment reforms.

* Conduct centre visits and internal audits to ensure consistency and brand protection.

* Provide quality assurance oversight for both internal delivery and any future partnerships.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in a quality leadership role within an AO, EPAO, or regulated education environment.

* Strong working knowledge of apprenticeship and regulated qualification frameworks.

* Background in construction or technical assessment (desirable).

* Strong analytical, policy development, and implementation skills.
