We're working with a leading UK short-term property lender who’s known for their award-winning service and innovative approach to Bridging and Development Finance.

As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join their expanding team across several key UK regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and growing relationships with brokers, property developers, and financial intermediaries
• Generating new business opportunities through an established network and database
• Managing the full loan process from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
• Promoting a diverse range of short-term finance solutions to property professionals
• Representing the company at industry events and building brand awareness in your region

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in Bridging Finance or Development Finance
• Strong market knowledge and a solid understanding of property lending
• Proven track record in business development or sales
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Professional phone manner and ability to manage a pipeline efficiently
• A genuine interest in property and finance
