Description

Manage and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments from German-speaking clients.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare credit reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve credit control processes.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures in line with Retail industry standards.
Assist in setting credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable.Profile

A successful Credit Controller (German Speaking) should have:

Fluency in German, both written and spoken, alongside strong English communication skills.
Experience in credit control or a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations.Job Offer
