This is a permanent role suited to someone who wants to develop, contribute ideas and build genuine technical depth.The opportunityThis role blends mechanical design, customer engagement and product innovation.You will:

• Work directly with architects, M&E consultants and project engineers on building services schemes.
• Review P&IDs, HVAC layouts and piping systems.
• Recommend and implement 5–10% design improvements to optimise performance and manufacturability.
• Take ownership of Design-to-Order projects (~70% of your time).
• Contribute to new product concepts, standards and future solutions (~30%).
