Francesca's Recruitment is recruiting for a Key Working Company for a HR Manager based in Worksop, this is a permanent role. This business is one of the largest and most successful in its market.

HR Manager will involve:

* All generalist HR responsibilities

* Driving employee engagement

* Supporting, coaching, and developing line managers

* ER

* Managing the HR Administrator

* Being part of a much wider HR team

HR Manager Requirements

* Be an established HR Manager or highly experienced Senior HR Advisor

* Build up relationships, be a people person, trustworthy

* Have strong generalist HR skills

* CIPD Level 5 or part qualified

* Enjoy coaching and development

Location - Worksop

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary & Benefits

* Salary - £32,000 -£35,000 depending on experience

* 25 days holidays plus stats
