The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join this friendly and collaborative team. In this role, you will assist Property Managers with day-to-day operations, ensuring administrative tasks are handled effectively. What We're Looking For:

  • UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle is ideal
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team-oriented individual with a positive and adaptable approach.
  • Experience in property or administrative roles is a plus but not essential-we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Property Managers.
  • Responding to tenant and landlord queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating property maintenance, including liaising with contractors and arranging access.
  • Preparing and managing property documentation, such as tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and inspection reports.
  • Maintaining and updating property records on the database.
  • Processing invoices and payments for maintenance and property-related services.
  • Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings on behalf of the Property Managers.
  • Supporting compliance tasks to ensure properties meet regulatory standards.
  • Managing general office administration to contribute to a well-organised work environment.
