We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Supervisor to join a fast-paced food production site in Doncaster. If you've got a sharp eye for maintenance, know how to lead from the front, and enjoy the buzz of keeping a factory running like a well-oiled machine, this one's for you.

The role at a glance:

* Supporting the Engineering Manager to ensure machinery, equipment, and systems are running at peak performance.

* Leading your team through preventative maintenance and repair work—without disrupting production.

* Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards like a boss.

* Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting internal and external audits.

* Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and technical decision-making.

What we're after:

* Strong background in engineering and team leadership within a manufacturing environment (bonus points if it's food-related).

* Solid understanding of plant equipment and production machinery.

* Experience using CMMS or similar systems (nice to have, not a dealbreaker).

* Confident communicator with the ability to guide and mentor engineers on shift.
