About the German Teacher Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated German Teacher to join our successful Modern Foreign Languages department. The successful German Teacher will have the opportunity to teach German across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and a love for the German language and culture.

Responsibilities of the German Teacher:

* Plan and deliver high-quality German lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.

* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore the German language and develop their communication skills.

* Assess and monitor student progress in German, providing constructive feedback and support.

* Contribute to the development of the German curriculum and departmental resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in German or a related field.

* Experience teaching German at the secondary level.

* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for German.
