Our prestigious client, based near Solihull, is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Trainee Accountant to join their vibrant team. The selected individual will be analytically minded and driven, this is an exciting opportunity with a number of different routes for progression.The role itself includes interaction with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. A strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills will also be highly beneficial to the successful individual as the working environment is fast pace and high volume. You would be working directly with Senior Management and: creating reports, liaising with suppliers to obtain correct financial data and analysing data to ensure clients are getting the most out of their agreements.

Skills required:

• Demonstrate confidence with change insuring you are able to introduce processes that prepare the finance team for the next stage of growth
• Possess a high level of attention to detail completing tasks in an accurately and timely manner in a high-pressured environment
• Be advanced in Excel and can demonstrate confidence with using V-Lookups and PivotTables
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with individuals across the team and wider business
