Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEND

Support classroom routines and help deliver accessible learning

Assist in managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement

Foster emotional well-being and build trust with students

Required Experience

Experience working within education or care, particularly supporting SEND

*

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

*

Understanding of diverse needs including ASC, ADHD, and learning difficulties
