Service Manager - Children's - Opportunity to Improve Ofsted
A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Service Manager for one of their front-line teams.
The Local Authority has been making improvements in light of their last Ofsted, and are looking to push their rating to Good. This is a great chance to be able to step into the Authority and make a difference by helping the Authority succeed in improving their Ofsted.
You will be managing the Assessment services, and reporting to the Head of Service and the Assistant Director. You will therefore need experience as a Service Manager and commitment to service improvements. They are looking for somebody to be able to step in and really focus on improving the general effectiveness on the service.
