Part Time EYFS Teaching Assistant - Popular South Lancaster Primary School

• Hours - 08:45 to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: South Lancaster
• Salary: £14.63 per hour
• Flexible hours to suit individual circumstances.

We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local school in Lancaster. Starting on the 20th April until July 2026, working hours from 8:45am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday. 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum within a reception or EYFS setting.
• Utilise knowledge of continuous provision to enhance learning.
• Apply a good understanding of the EYFS framework and development matters in daily activities.
• Use ICT tools effectively to record and monitor children's progress.
• Engage with children to facilitate their academic and social development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a reception or EYFS setting is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of continuous provision and its impact on learning.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and development matters.
• Proficiency in using ICT to record and monitor educational progress.
