We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to provide administrative support for compliance areas of Asset Management and Building Safety. This is a 3-month contract with a review for extension, offering a salary of £12.18 per hour.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating appointments, scheduling, receiving, and documenting surveys.- Managing and updating large volumes of data, ensuring accurate recording and validation associated with the programme of work.- Checking customer and property records, updating records, scanning, and indexing of documents as required.- Responding to routine and non-routine enquiries by telephone and email from staff & managers, elected members, external partners, contractors, and tenants, signposting as required.- Undertaking any other general admin duties as required including Data Processing (input and retrieval) via service-based IT systems.Skills and Experience:- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office to produce a variety of documentation including letters and reports.- Confident in the use of spreadsheets and databases.- Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in processing each of these tasks.- Flexible and adaptable in your approach.This is a Hybrid position currently working predominantly from home but with regular weekly attendance in our Huddersfield office.
