Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Residential Property Associate, Oxfordshire – A fabulous opportunity to join a leading practice offering great quality conveyancing work and career progression.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
SALARY: £40-50,000 DOE
As an Associate you will be managing more complex cases proactively with minimal supervision. You will work closely with your colleagues to progress a range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to end, and you will be expected to complete the checking aspects of files. You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, support compliance, third party relationships and demonstrate effective delegation of procedural, clerical, and administrative tasks as appropriate. Whilst no employee management is required, you will be expected to demonstrate good leadership and assist others in the team with more complex work on matters.
In order to be successful you must be qualified in the area of practice (either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or as a Licenced Conveyancer). To be able to demonstrate the technical competencies required at Associate level, it is likely that you will have at least 3 years’ post qualification experience. You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio of conveyancing work. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility. You must be able to communicate effectively on every level; you are on the front line of customer communications and must set the example to other staff in the delivery of exceptional customer service.
This firm has a really strong set of values that they all demonstrate, with a collaborative and cohesive culture and a results-driven, customer-centric delivery of legal services that they are proud of. They feel that they have created a streamlined organisation where the aim is to foster an environment of choice with clear career development paths, a focus on learning and development and a highly supportive structure.
