What's the role about?
As Shift Engineering Supervisor, you'll be hands-on and team-facing - splitting your time between working on the tools and leading from the front. You'll ensure your team is well-supported, motivated, and delivering high standards across the shift.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a team of 6 engineers, while staying hands-on and supporting with larger, more technical breakdowns
Delegating workload, managing handovers, and ensuring reactive and planned maintenance are completed efficiently
Driving performance, safety, and development, making sure the team meets engineering and site expectations
Getting involved in ongoing site projects, helping implement improvements across equipment, layout, and processes
Contributing to a site that's on the rise, with big investment, new technology, and a strong future vision
What you'll bring:

Relevant Engineering Qualification
Strong mechanical/electrical skillset (PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.)
Supervisory experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
