Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Fabricator to support increasing production demand. As a Fabricator, you will:
* Work on a variety of projects involving mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
* The Fabricator will read drawings, plan work independently, and produce accurate, high-quality components in a fast-paced workshop.
* Using MIG and TIG processes where required, the Fabricator will contribute to a wide range of jobs with autonomy and trust.
* This role is ideal for a Fabricator who enjoys diverse tasks, problem-solving, and working within a supportive team.
* As a Fabricator, you will receive ongoing on-the-job training and development to help you grow with the business.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a Fabricator, Sheet Metal Worker, Plater or Welder
* Ability to fabricate from engineering drawings
* Experience with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
* Ability to work independently and at pace
* Open to learning and developing new skills
* Applicants without formal qualifications but with strong practical ability will be supported
