HGV Class 2 ADR Driver – Coleshill, West Midlands

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Coleshill, West Midlands.

• Monday to Friday
• Various start times available

Rates of Pay
• £17.50 per hour
• £30.00 per night out

Day-to-Day Duties
• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the UK
• Loading and unloading vehicles with totes (some heavy lifting required)
• Operating Class 2 ADR vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and completing relevant paperwork
• Ensuring all loads are secured safely and correctly
• Adhering to all road transport and safety legislation
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance issues to management

Essential Skills
• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Valid ADR qualification (in packages)
• Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience driving Category C vehicles
• No more than six penalty points (minor offences only)
• Strong understanding of UK road transport laws
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent communication, punctuality, and time management skills

Desirable Experience
• Previous commercial multi-drop delivery experience
• Experience handling ADR goods or working in similar logistics environments

Training Provided
• Drivers must complete and pass a short driving assessment prior to starting
• Full site induction and ongoing support provided throughout employment
