EYFS Teacher - Full-time, temporary role from April to July 2026This school provides a warm, nurturing, and well‑organised early years environment where children benefit from supportive staff, structured routines, and engaging learning experiences. Leaders work closely with practitioners to maintain high expectations, helping children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Pupils respond well to purposeful activities that promote independence, curiosity, and strong early development. The role is full time for the Summer Term.Duties as EYFS Teacher:
Teach a Reception class for the summer term using trust‑provided planning
Deliver engaging lessons and adapt planning where appropriate
Support early literacy, numeracy, and play‑based learning
Foster social and emotional skills through consistent daily routines
Monitor progress and provide verbal feedback to pupils
Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with EYFS colleagues to maintain high standards
Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil well‑beingIdeal EYFS Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching EYFS
Strong understanding of early years development and pedagogy
Confident delivering play‑based and structured learning
Able to inspire and engage young learners
Good communication and organisational skills
Patient, nurturing, and highly proactive
Committed to safeguarding and promoting child development
