Key Responsibilities:

*

Servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control

*

Attending customer sites for scheduled maintenance and emergency call-outs

*

Diagnosing system faults and carrying out effective repairs

*

Completing accurate service reports and ensuring compliance with relevant standards

*

Providing a high level of customer service and support

*

Participating in on-call rota when required

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in the fire and security industry

*

Competent working with various manufacturers and systems (e.g. Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Kentec)

*

Good understanding of relevant standards (e.g. BS5839, PD6662)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Industry certifications (FIA, ECS, etc.) desirable

*

Ability to work independently and manage own workload
