Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

We are delighted to exclusively assisting our Ashford based client in their search for a Payroll Administrator, this is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable/well established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, benefits, and tax with holdings, in accordance with company policies.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and other statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries for management.
Support the finance team with payroll-related reconciliations and audits.
Qualifications and Skills:

CIPP Qualified is essential.
Proven experience in payroll administration.
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
