Who is attentive and organised to do basic admin duties such as calling clients to advice and arrange when to come to client sites. As well as update records on the database, building good relationships with clients and team members and book appointments for Water Hygiene Engineers. Experience / Qualifications:
- Trained as a Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator
- Use IT software like Microsoft Office suite
- Prioritisation and professional
- Polite and friendly on the telephone
- Satisfactory literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
- Contact and respond to client queries and arranging access to site
- Inputting records, sample results and projects in the database
- Book appointments for Legionella Risk Assessors and Water Hygiene Engineers
- Represent the company and maintain strong relationships both internal and external
- Promote company values and follow Health & Safety Legislation
- Process and Issue reports for clients
