💰 Daily Rate: £150 - £210 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed MFL Teacher to join a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in the Portsmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MFL Teacher or an ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive and dynamic department.

The successful MFL Teacher will ideally specialise in Spanish and French, and will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding language education.

Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher Role:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Spanish and/or French
Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve academic success
Use assessment data to inform planning and track progress
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop resources
Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management

What We're Looking For in an MFL Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Specialism in Spanish and/or French
Strong subject knowledge and passion for language teaching
Experience working as an MFL Teacher in a UK secondary school (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
A team player who contributes positively to school life
