Engineering Maintenance Manager (x2)

Location: Uttoxeter

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced engineering leader looking for your next challenge? We're on the lookout for two Maintenance Managers to join our team at our Uttoxeter biscuit manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll lead half of the site each, driving performance, strategy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

Lead a team of 12 (engineering leads, mechanical engineers, electricians, and shift technicians)
Take full ownership of your area's engineering strategy and budget
Drive succession planning, team development, and skills growth
Ensure compliance and safety standards are maintained
Deliver continuous improvement projects and embed new ways of workingWhat we're looking for

5+ years' experience in engineering leadership, ideally in food/FMCG
Experience managing budgets and leading large teams
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (minimum), HNC/HND preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
