We're supporting a major public-sector organisation to appoint a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day estate operations across two sites in the Lincoln area.

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose - working closely with internal teams, contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance across both sites
• Oversee compliance, audits and statutory safety requirements
• Coordinate contractors and monitor service performance
• Produce, review and implement safety and technical documentation
• Track quality, costs and performance - resolving issues proactively
• Act as the primary facilities contact for staff, visitors and partners

• Experience in Facilities, Estates or Property Management
• Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance
• Confident working across multiple locations
• Strong communication, organisation and contractor-management skills
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working within a structured environment

• Multi-site responsibility with clear ownership
