Key Responsibilities

* Accurately pick and prepare orders for customers and branches.

* Serve customers at the trade counter, offering exceptional service and product knowledge.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Stack outgoing pallets safely to minimise breakages and manage product returns.

* Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties to ensure a tidy depot.

* Assist with identifying clearance stock and maintaining overall depot organisation.

Candidate Criteria

* Good communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.

* Physically fit and energetic, capable of lifting heavy objects.

* Knowledgeable about trade products and company procedures.

* Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of company systems.

* Proactive and keen to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
