We're working with a highly sought-after residential development in Mayfair to find a confident and service-driven Day Concierge to become the welcoming face of the building. If you pride yourself on your professionalism and love delivering exceptional service, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impression in a premium setting.

As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors during the day, you'll play a central role in the smooth running of the development-handling front-of-house duties, supporting daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of presentation, service, and safety.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome residents and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and a can-do attitude
  • Be the go-to person for resident queries, bookings, and day-to-day support
  • Manage access control, verify visitors, and operate CCTV systems when required
  • Handle deliveries, parcels, and key management promptly and accurately
  • Report maintenance issues through the correct channels in a timely manner
  • Monitor health & safety standards and support any necessary emergency protocols
  • Maintain immaculate front-of-house standards, ensuring the environment reflects the development's premium quality

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a day concierge role
  • A composed, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong awareness of building operations, security, and safety practices
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and remain attentive throughout the day
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and confident in managing responsibilities independently
  • Pride in delivering first-class service and maintaining a high-quality environment
