What's involved?

A successful Restaurant Host will support accross many areaso of the business, including but not limited to:

* Welcome guests in a warm, professional and confident manner

* Provide a polished first impression of the restaurant

* Possess sound knowledge of restaurant service standards

* Manage the restaurant's social media accounts

* Capture basic photo or video content when required

* Coordinate large bookings and private event support

* Process, update and organise all bookings in the reservation system

* Keep all operational information structured and accessible
