Junior Sales Executive required!

Our client is a leading UK-based innovator in the processing of edible nuts and seeds. Specialising in baking, caramelising, and seasoning, they produce a delicious collection of sweet and savoury snacks that they are incredibly proud of. In 2003 they took the market by storm and have rapidly expanded around the UK & abroad. Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking for a Sales Executive.

The successful Sales Executive will be energetic, proactive, and willing to learn. Coming from a customer service background you will have excellent communication skills, able to talk to existing customers as well as seeking new potential customers. Experience in sales would be highly beneficial although not necessary as training will be provided.

Junior Sales Executive - Position Overview

* Learn & understand the products, processes, and production capabilities.

* Understand the value of the products and their position in the market.

* Highlight new areas of opportunity

* Keep up to date with new product lines in the market

* Actively seek new business leads and identify market opportunities

* Maintain regular contact with existing customers

* Manage sample preparation and dispatch

* Prepare sales and marketing presentations

* Participate in food exhibitions, both in the UK and abroad

* Maintain food safety standards

* Maintain Health & Safety standards

Junior Sales Executive - Position Requirements

* Highly proficient in written and spoken English

* Naturally bright, articulate, and confident

* Outgoing person with excellent communication skills

* Experience in a customer facing role

* Hard working & dedicated team player

* A can-do attitude

* Ambition and eagerness to continually improve and learn

Junior Sales Executive - Position Remuneration

* Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

* Work Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

* Generous pension scheme
