This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and well-supported engineering environment, working on some of the most reliable and advanced plant machinery in the industry.The Role:

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of construction and plant equipment
• Diagnose faults across hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Perform breakdown and planned maintenance at customer sites
• Utilise diagnostic tools and create digital service reports
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Package & Benefits:

• £40,000 – £44,500 Basic salary
• £60,000 – £70,000 OTE (with door-to-door pay and enhanced overtime rates)

Requirements:Essential:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Qualifications or Time-served experience as a Field Service or Mobile Plant Engineer
• Solid understanding of modern hydraulics, diesel engines, and diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and manage customer expectations on-site

Preferred:

• Background with OEM/dealership equipment
• Quarry or heavy earthmoving experience desirable
• CSCS / IPAF / Quarry Passport
