9-12 Month Assignment | £45-£50ph

An established public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Officer to join their team on a 3‑month rolling contract, with the assignment expected to run for 9-12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a policy professional looking to contribute to high‑profile strategic work within a supportive team environment. The role offers hybrid working, with occasional on‑site presence required depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the development and delivery of a range of strategic policy projects, which may include:

* Drafting and shaping policy documents

* Contributing to research, analysis, and evidence gathering

* Supporting land or spatial planning-related assessments

* Assisting in commissioned work and stakeholder engagement

* Providing high‑quality written and analytical outputs to senior staff

Desired Experience
