Night HGV Driver - 4 on 4 off

Location: Melton Mowbray
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights
Shift Times: 17:45 - 05:45

We are currently recruiting a reliable and professional Night HGV Driver to join our team, operating trunk runs between Melton Mowbray, EMG and LTG. This is a stable night role with consistent shifts, overtime opportunities, and performance-related bonuses.

Key Duties (include but not limited to):

* Trunk runs between Melton Mars site and EMG & LTG

* Yard shunting and strapping your own loads

* Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

* Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant

* Adhering to all site rules and health & safety procedures at customer and distribution centres

Pay & Benefits:

* £31,962.21 per annum

* 42 hours per week (average)

* 30-minute unpaid break

* Overtime paid at 1.33 rate after basic hours

* £25-£45 performance bonus

* Overtime available

* Stable 4 on 4 off night rota for a good work/life balance

What We're Looking For:

* Valid HGV licence Class 1

* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* No more than 6 points

* Reliable, safety-focused, and professional attitude
