About the Role

As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the strategic finance lead across three key business verticals. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to support tenders, evaluate investments, and deliver financial insights that shape the future of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial support for new business tenders and pricing strategies
  • Developing and reviewing business cases and investment appraisals
  • Tracking performance of new and existing customers against forecasts and targets
  • Driving budgeting and forecasting processes across revenue and cost lines
  • Presenting monthly performance updates to senior leadership
  • Championing continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and commercial acumen:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales teams
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Confident working in evolving, cross-functional environments
  • Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and business case development
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
