We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in St Andrews. This is a 10-week contract, ideal for a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth site operations and deliver the project to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site activities

Coordinating trades and subcontractors

Ensuring health & safety compliance

Liaising with clients, surveyors, and office teams

Monitoring progress and reporting on timelines and costs

Requirements:

SMSTS certification (essential)

First Aid qualification (essential)

Previous experience managing refurbishment projects

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to hit the ground running and take full ownership of the site
