Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee property-related projects within the Place > Property division.

Carry out strategic property surveys and provide professional advice.

Support the development and implementation of property strategies.

Produce reports, recommendations, and valuations for management and stakeholders.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contractors to ensure projects meet objectives.

Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, regulations, and policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the property team.

Person Specification

Must-Have Requirements

Qualified and experienced property surveyor with a strong track record in strategic property management.

Knowledge of property legislation, valuations, and compliance requirements.

Ability to deliver high-quality reports and recommendations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in a local government or public sector environment is advantageous.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

Experience with complex property projects or large-scale property portfolios.

Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficiency in property management.

Previous interim or temporary role experience.
