Job Opportunity : Invoiving Administrator (with on-site experience preferred)
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoicing Administrator.
This position requires someone with practical onsite experience, as you will be working closely with timesheets from operatives and material purchase invoices to prepare accurate and timely billing for various response and repair works.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoices using operative timesheets and supplier/material invoices

Work within the Eque2 Construction Manager software (training provided if unfamiliar)

Accurately invoice across a variety of schemes, including:

General Responsive Works - 41 jobs

What We Are Looking For at Schofield and Sons Ltd
*
Someone with practical onsite construction knowledge (e.g., experience understanding timesheets, basic job costing, and material invoicing)
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Good organisation and communication skills
*
Confidence working with job numbers and tracking systems
*
Previous experience with Eque2 or similar construction management software is an advantage (but not essential - training will be provided)
