An amazing Special Needs School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This a school that supports students with SEMH and Autism. Day-to-day of the role: - Plan and deliver engaging science lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the science curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
