Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Agency Workers to join our flexible workforce, providing support across a variety of nurseries in Durham. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours with the opportunity to gain experience in a range of childcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5

Support daily routines including play, learning, meal and snack times, and rest periods

Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Work in partnership with nursery staff to follow routines and policies

Support with personal care needs where required (e.g., nappy changing, toileting)

Build and maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents

Experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting

Relevant childcare qualification (for qualified rate)
