We are working through Reed to recruit a confident and nurturing Rising 3 Room Leader for a well-established school in Cyprus. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, ideal for someone with strong experience supporting children as they transition towards preschool.

As Rising 3 Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the Rising 3 room, ensuring high standards of care and education
• Support children aged approximately 2.5–3 years as they develop independence and school readiness
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
• Create a structured, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Support and guide staff within the room, leading by example
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements are met at all times

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working with children aged 2–3 years
• Have experience or confidence in a leadership or senior practitioner role
• Have strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• Be organised, nurturing and passionate about high-quality early years practice
• Be enthusiastic about relocating and working overseas
