JOB TYPE: Permanent, Temporary, FullTime

We are currently recruiting for a leading financial institution in Glasgow city centre. This prestigious organisation currently require an Administrator/Reconciler to join them on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am and 4.00pm. Rate of pay will be £11.20 per hour.

**Responsibilities will include:**
- Carry out a range of demanding clerical or customer service duties
- Ensure work is completed accurately and adhere to all specified Bank processes, procedures, standards and relevant external regulations
- Eventually be able to: oversee the workflow of other colleagues, giving appropriate advice, guidance and direction to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Respond to a range of demanding enquiries, clarifying customers understanding of the information being given

**Experience/Skills required:**
- Good attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills - competent on Microsoft packages.
- Experience in analysing data
- Previous experience of working with financial data
