Assistant Team Leader - Industrial Greenhouse

Location: BD19, Cleckheaton

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our industrial greenhouse operation. This is a hands-on role, combining leadership responsibilities with working alongside the team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and managing greenhouse staff
• Staff rotas, absences, sickness, and basic HR duties
• Leading by example with daily operational tasks
• Ensuring productivity, quality, and health & safety standards are met
• Assisting with production on the processing floor and supporting all parts of the production line where needed

Start times will vary slightly during the busiest periods but generally 6:45am through to 3pm are the standard hours and you will be working weekends. Due to the location, your own vehicle will be very helpful as buses can be unreliable on the weekend and very early mornings.
