Role- Moulding Operator

Location- Runcorn

Working Hours

Three-weekly rotating shifts, Monday - Friday:

06:30 - 15:00

14:30 - 23:00

22:30 - 07:00

Salary Starting rate £25,397 + late shift payment & company & attendance bonus

We are working with a well established plastic manufacturing company who are currently looking for Moulding Operator to join the team. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining product excellence in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual tasks in the moulding process following training

• Meet required quality and production standards

• Complete accurate production and quality documentation

• Ensure compliance with QS 9002 and company procedures

• Wear specified PPE at all times

• Conduct visual product checks to ensure high quality

• Maintain housekeeping standards around machines and workstations

• Report safety issues, hazards, or quality concerns promptly

• Support cross-functional activities as needed

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Adapt to different processes across the department

• Perform any other duties required to support operations
