To provide an efficient and effective service to customers in all aspects of sales and servicing of fire extinguishers, hose reels etc

To work as part of a team

To act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

To ensure all work is carried out to a standard that satisfies the customer and the company (BS5306 Pt 3:2017 & ISO 9001:2015))

To consistently achieve agreed performance targets

To maintain fire extinguishers, hose reels and any other equipment on service contracts as required

To ensure the safe delivery of equipment to the customer within the agreed timescales

To sell and promote all of the companies services to new and existing customers

To keep the Operations and Systems Managers up to date on progress or potential delays

To service works to monthly schedules, also to attend call outs on a rota system at all times

To undertake surveys and provide quotations for customers

To install new and service existing systems

To maintain cleanliness of provided vehicle

To adhere to the company's quality procedures in all aspects of the job

To be 'on call' out of hours on a rota system

To plan and organise customer visits to agreed schedules
