Job Title: Bathroom Sales Assistant

Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible Day off during the week to fit the business's needs)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Assistant to join this family owned builders merchants team in Watford. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving showroom sales, handing enquiries from both trade and retail customers, and bathroom design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers

* Handling customer enquiries over the phone

* Converting enquiries into sales

* Designing bathroom layouts and solutions for customers

* Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process

* Maintaining showroom standards and product knowledge

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience selling bathrooms (essential)

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Confident in sales and closing deals

* Experience with bathroom design (preferred)
