The Opportunity

We are seeking an Interim Accounts Assistant for an ongoing assignment, but expected to last for a minimum of 3 months.

The employer is willing to consider two types of application:

1. An individual who can start on an interim basis and convert to a permanent position.
2. An individual that can commit to providing 3 months interim support until a permanent hire is confirmed.

The key components of the role will include:

• Assisting with month-end & ensure a robust month-end close
• Reconciliations - fixed asset, balance sheet, intercompany
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Credit card & expenses management
• Bank reconciliation’s
• Adhoc duties

On OfferThe position of Interim Accounts Assistant is based in Edinburgh with excellent flexible/hybrid working. The role will also offer:

• Up to £35,000 FTE
• Flexible & hybrid working

Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 18+ months practical finance experience
• Available within 0 - 2 weeks notice
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient user of Excel
