We are currently recruiting for our well established client on the outskirts of Bedford who are looking for junior staff to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note-You will need your own transport due to location.

There are 4 positions within the company, 2 within Despatch, 1 in IT and 1 in Finance, ideally all candidates will have an interest in all areas as they will be interchangeable.

The key tasks overall will include:

Learning and using systems such as Sage, HeLix and Snap fulfil

To be key learners and progress to become trainers on software packages regarding regulatory requirements of Brexit

Understand specific Brexit requirements and implications for both the company and their customers

Assist in analysing cost of Brexit requirements

Keep up to date with any changes to rules and regulations regarding Brexit and inform company of any change in activity.

Specific to Despatch:

Learn to generate all paperwork for shipping goods into Europe.

Learn and assist with applications of regulations regarding shipping

Assist team with production of delivery, despatch data and analysis, liaise with suppliers

Specific to Finance:

Develop a thorough understanding of cost implications of new processes

Assist with job costing, estimates with particular reference to work that has direct Brexit impact

Specific to IT:

Learn more detail of various systemic options available to the company in order to streamline all export related activities.
