Salary: £22000/annum

My client is a well established Company with an office in an idyllic location on the Wirral is looking to recruit a permanent to join their team. Working hours are 37.5 hr per week, 20 days holidays p.a. plus all UK bank holidays and Company pension scheme.

Initially training will be given at the Head Office in Neston, with a view to working from home part time while social distancing measures still exist. In the long-term attendance at the office will be required with the possibility of discussing some working from home once probation period is up.

This is an integral role for a commercial administrator working within the commercial department of the business, this role will liaise with multiple departments within the business and requires a commercially astute individual.

Your duties will include:

•Assisting account managers across all divisions within the commercial department.

•Dealing with customers and suppliers on a day-to-day basis via phone and email.

•Liaising with customers and suppliers on deliveries of goods.

•Inputting and managing information on the ERP system such as contracts and orders.

•Produce information for the commercial team as required (stock reports, customer and supplier contract balances).

•Manage samples request.

•Embrace the company vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and characteristics:

•Experience in Customer and or Supplier facing role.

•Proven ability to prioritise workload whilst maintaining deadlines.

•Experience of ERP systems.

•Working with spreadsheets including formulas and pivot tables.

•Creating Power Point presentations.

•Use of Teams for messaging, calling and meetings beneficial.

•Accuracy and attention to detail essential.

•ERP systems, specifically SAP Business By Design beneficial.

•Confident IT skills, specifically a sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•Comfortable at communicating at all levels of the business.

•Comfortable at communicating with customers and suppliers.



•Problem Solving.

•Willing to develop skills.
