- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of incidents, changes, and problems within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Drive a culture of continual service improvement using ITIL best practices
- Produce service performance reports, dashboards, and insights using Microsoft tooling where possible
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal technical stakeholders
- Ensure cloud services are delivered with reliability, security, and scalability in mind
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, or broader Microsoft Cloud service delivery
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and modern cloud service operations
- Experience managing escalations, service reviews, and cloud-based SLAs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft service management tooling (e.g., Azure Monitor, Endpoint Manager, Defender portals) is a bonus

- Competitive salary from £45,000 – £60,000
- Hybrid working from their Shrewsbury office
- Opportunity to join a respected, secure, and rapidly scaling Microsoft-focused organisation
- Clear progression pathways as the business continues its cloud transformation journey
- Collaborative and forward-thinking culture where your ideas matter
