SALARY: £18,795 - £19,554 pro rata

2 part time positions available: hours per week, 45 weeks per year; Monday – Friday 8:30am – 12pm 14 hours per week, 45 weeks per year; Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 12pm Ebor Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust serving children aged 2 to 16.

Park Grove Primary Academy, part of Ebor Academy Trust, has various exciting opportunities to be part of our team of Teaching Assistants, starting in September 2020 Within the roles you will work under the direction of the class teacher, SENCO or member of the School’s Management Team, undertaking pre-planned work and using your initiative to enable pupils to access learning activity.
Working in partnership with teaching staff in the school, you will enable access to learning for pupils whilst assisting the teacher in the management of pupils.
We are looking for people who are passionate about teaching and learning, who believe in developing the true potential or all of our children.
You will have a calm and positive disposition, will have the ability to break down activities into small step teaching and will nurture, inspire, challenge and motivate pupils.
Implementing clear boundaries and routines, you will use behaviour management in all areas around school.
