* Disrepair (including damp and mould, legal claims and compliance, expert witness reports, understanding new requirements under Awaab's law)

* Planned works (project tendering, contractor appointment, cyclical project management)

* Responsive repairs (diagnostics, repair specification, DLO collaboration)

* Stock condition and EPC surveys (energy efficiency, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard compliance)

* Homebuyer surveys (Level 2 & 3; ASSOC RICS accreditation)

Following contact, we will quickly assess suitability and arrange interviews with clients to secure regular surveying opportunities with income ranging from £300 - £400 a day (interim) and £45,000 - £60,000 (permanent) DOE and nature of each contract.
